We want all of our Charlie Boots customers to be happy and satisfied with their purchase, however, if for whatever reason you are unhappy with your purchase we will happily provide you with a credit (if you used your NSW Creative Kids voucher) or a refund if you paid via credit card within 30 days of purchase.

Please note: this refund/credit will only be issued when all workshop materials are returned unused in their original condition.

NSW Creative Kids voucher credits can only be transferred directly to another registered NSW Creative Kids provider they are not transferable for cash.
