Postage for item

At Charlie Boots, we want to offer the best value to our customers by offering free postage. When customers incorrectly detail an address in their order, we have to pay for the cost of posting the original item and also pay for it to be returned. As a small business, we do not have the capacity to pay for repeat postage (3rd time) so we ask that the customer cover the cost of getting the item out to them. Thank you for understanding.
